The quality criteria for online implementations have been created as part of the eAMK project to ensure the quality of CampusOnline.fi online studies. These criteria are also the basis for the quality of module implementations of HAMK.

The quality criteria consist of 11 themes and related characteristics of quality implementation. The criteria describe how these characteristics appear during design and implementation. The quality criteria can be utilized in many ways, e.g., in the planning and developing implementation and collecting student feedback.

How to use quality criteria in the planning and development of modules?

    1. During the implementation planning as a checklist, where essential issues are discussed and implemented in practice.
    2. Evaluation of the previous implementation or just after the implementation. Based on this, you can pick out development targets for the next one.
    3. Come and get ideas and good practices from the quality module implementation workshop, where quality criteria are used as a tool for self- and peer-review. From the workshop, you can pick up new development ideas for your own implementation.

    Quality criteria as a tool

An online tool for self-assessment to get feedback on how well the quality criteria are being met in your course. If you wish, you will receive the result in your e-mail. For example, you can do the evaluation before meeting the module team and discuss development areas together.
