Feedback and development
Article sections
One criteria of a quality implementation is the ongoing and systematic development of your own module. Collect feedback from students and your colleagues at least after the implementation. React to the feedback and develop and update the implementation constantly.
Action plan – what to do next?
Make an action plan with your team for module or implementatiioin for updating and developing the implementation. The development plan is based on feedback received in different ways, quality criteria and the teachers’ joint assessment of the implementation. The action plan contains answers to, for example, the following questions:
- When and what will the next implementation of the study be like?
- Which offers are being implemented (open university, Opin.fi, MOOC, degree studies)
- What are the current opportunities and risks for development work?
- What other resources (e.g. know-how, support) need to be acquired or included in the development work?
- Make clear goals for the development work, plan the schedule, deadlines and responsible persons, e.g. in table format.
