    What is an attendance activity?

With the Attendance activity, teachers can record course attendance, and students can view their own attendance entries.

    • A course can include several Attendance activities.
    • Attendance sessions can be automatically added to the course calendar.
    • It is best to keep all face-to-face meetings for a single group in the same Attendance activity so attendance rates are easier to follow. Create separate activities for day and blended-learning groups.
    • By default, the system sends a reminder if attendance is about to fall below 70%. You can change the limit. To enable accurate calculations and reminders, add all upcoming sessions in advance.
