To book an exam time

Students always register for exams and book the exam time in the student’s own organization’s EXAM service.

EXAM visits

• The EXAM room for EXAM visits is located at Hämeenlinna University Centre (web page). Address: Vankanlähde 9, 13100 Hämeenlinna. You’ll find the entrance and parking lots from the campus map on campus page.
• The EXAM room is D-150 (D building, first floor).
• Entrance through N building’s main doors or D building from Visakaarre. The EXAM studio is on the same floor entering from Visakaarre. Entering from N building, there is a lift.

Opening hours

• The EXAM studio is open on weekdays at 08:00-16:30. During bank holidays and HAMK holiday seasons the EXAM room is closed.
• EXAM visit at HAMK is closed 18.6.2025-3.8.2025.
• The entrance doors of Hämeenlinna University Centre are open during office hours.
• Enter the EXAM room no earlier than five minutes before the scheduled time. No additional access tags or passes are needed.

Accessibility

You can use the elevator to get to the EXAM room. The workstation is accessible.

NB! Students can request reasonable accommodations for the exam from their home university. Arrangements are agreed on a case-by-case basis between the home and host universities

NB! You cannot take paper exams for other universities in HAMK EXAM room.

Surveillance

There is a real-time recording camera and microphone surveillance system in the EXAM room.
