    This instruction indicates when it is worth scheduling regular Zoom meetings, taking advantage of a large Zoom meeting that can accommodate more than 300 participants or choosing a Zoom webinar as the solution.

    Meeting – regular or large or a webinar?

    The webinar is advisable when there is no need for interactivity with participants other than chat messages. Breakout rooms are not in use either. Webinar panelists have the same functionalities as participants in a regular Zoom meeting. In a large meeting, everyone has the same functionalities as in a regular Zoom session.     Please start by making a Helpdesk ticket when you need a license for Zoom webinar or for a large meeting (more than 300 participants).
