Sometimes, when watching Kaltura videos in Moodle, a notification appears regarding cookie settings that prevent the videos from being displayed “Your browser is blocking third-party cookies which are required to view and manage videos in Kaltura”.

Allow cookies and prevent the browser from blocking them:

• Chrome
• Firefox
• Safari for iOS (iPhone/iPad)
• Safari for MacOS
  • Make sure “Prevent cross-site tracking” is not selected.
