Sometimes, when watching Kaltura videos in Moodle, a notification appears regarding cookie settings that prevent the videos from being displayed “Your browser is blocking third-party cookies which are required to view and manage videos in Kaltura”.

Allow cookies and block the so-called cookie blocking:

• Chrome, in addition set this instruction to Disabled (link) the following points, which you can access by copying the line and pasting it into the address field of the chrome browser:
  • chrome://flags/#same-site-by-default-cookies
  • chrome://flags/#cookies-without-same-site-must-be-secure
• Firefox
• Safari for iOS (iPhone/iPad)
• Safari for MacOS
  • Make sure “Prevent cross-site tracking” is unchecked.
