OneNote is a part of Microsoft365. It is a digital note-taking app where you can store notes, plans, and data. You can use OneNote via the web browser or downloaded app. Content is easy to organize and share, and important information can be found quickly. You can attach pictures, tables, files, mathematical formulas, and more to your notebooks. It is also possible to boost usage by marking tags or transforming notes into Outlook calendar tasks. The data is stored in the cloud to be accessed with any device.

    Use OneNote when…

    • You want to create a notebook to share with your team members on the Teams platform or via email.
    • You want to take private notes, for example, when participating in lectures.
    • You want to gather data, files, to-do lists, and screenshots into one place.
    • You want to convert handwritten mathematical expressions to text.
