    Webropol is a tool for creating and reporting web-based surveys. The application allows you to create and edit versatile surveys, collect answers, and generate illustrative reports from the data. The application provides a large variety of templates and automated structures for different question types and reporting methods, as well as personalizing the layout of your own survey.
    Webropol also includes the Webropol Events tool for event planning and management (invitations, registration, and event feedback).

    How do you access?

    The Webropol service is available to all HAMK and HAMI employees and students. Log in to the service with your own user name and password at webropol.hamk.fi. The application has separate operating environments for students and staff. You must select from these when logging in.

    Where do you get support?

    There are manuals and instructions available on the Webropol’s own pages. You can also send support requests directly to Webropol Support. You can find the manuals and an automatic contact form when you are signed in to Webropol.
    Other problems related to Webropol will be reported to the IT-Service-Desk.

    Use the Webropol Surveys and Reporting tool or the Event Management tool, for example, when

    As a teacher:

    • you want to gather feedback, research data, etc.
    • you want to organize appointments for a large groups
    • you want to tip nice tools for students writing their thesis

    As a student:

    • when you want to collect feedback, research data, etc. (eg in customer projects or your thesis)

    As a researcher, expert and project operator, you can utilize Webropol e.g.

    • collecting survey data
    • collecting feedback and opinion data
    • planning and managing events
