Screen sharing options in Teams meetings
Article sections
In Teams meetings, the presenter can share the view with participants in a number of ways. The view can be the entire screen, an open application or page (such as a browser window or OneNote draftsheet), Microsoft Whiteboard, or the contents of a camera (such as a document camera). It is a good idea to think beforehand about what you want to share during screen sharing and choose the most appropriate way to do it.
The screen sharing menu opens from an icon at the top of the Teams screen with an arrow pointing upwards. Please note that the options are slightly more limited if you are making a Teams call directly to other people instead of a Teams meeting.
For detailed instructions on screen sharing options, see the Micrsoft guide.
