Video captioning services have been tendered and captions for videos are ordered from Lingsoft. The service is available to HAMK staff and the resulting costs are allocated to the target number indicated by the caption subscriber. More detailed pricing can be seen in Intra.

To order captions, you must have a user account for the service. This instruction explains how to get yourself a user account and how to order captions for your video.

1. Register as a user of Lingsoft’s customer portal at https://portal.lingsoft.ai/register [image 1] 

You can only create an account for your own work email, which is in the format firstname.lastname@hamk.fi. Enter the organization in the format HAMK. Press Register. 

2. You will receive a notification that your registration is confirmed. A single sign-on link will be sent to your work email no later than the next weekday morning. [image 2]

3. You can set a personal password from the link in the email. Do not use your HAMK password. 

Once your account registration is complete, you can log in to the portal at https://portal.lingsoft.ai/en/user/login
