- Think together where AI could provide value:
- Text generation (e.g. emails, descriptions)
- Summarizing or searching for information
- Brainstorming and planning
- Scheduling and project tracking
- Creating presentations or materials
3. Experiment with AI tools in small ways
- Choose a small task or workflow to test with AI.
- Agree who will try what and when.
- Use tools like Copilot, ChatGPT or Google Gemini.
4. Share experiences and learn together
- Set up a weekly 15-minute “AI experiments” moment:
- What worked well?
- What didn’t bring value?
- What should we try next?
- Document findings so learning becomes shared knowledge.
5. Create a team development plan
- Choose 1–3 areas where you want to improve your work with AI.
- Set a shared goal: e.g., “Reduce manual reporting by 30%.”
- Monitor progress and regularly assess the benefits.
